Driven Conveyor
Generally the Driven Conveyors are mounted in sections of 2,75m. Four of these sections are mounted together forming 11m long sections each having one drive motor.
Our motor has the frequency converter built on and uses less energy, only 65% compared to a standard motor.
All the drives of one conveyor line are connected via a bus-cable to the electric cubicle. Due to the use of bus-cable it is easy to move a roller conveyor if necessary.
Undriven Conveyor
The Undriven Conveyor consists of rollers and specially designed side walls normally mounted in 3m sections.
Due to the design of the side frames things like screws, nuts, etc. are not needed to fasten the rollers.
The design gives a cost effective and quickly mounted Roller Conveyor.
