The Transfer Cart is used to transport goods between different machine lines and buffers in a factory. The design and capacity of the Transfer Cart can be adapted to any specific requirements needed. Depending on need the Transfer Cart can be guided in a floor or it can be equipped with a light beam, reading a painted line made up on the floor.
The power for operation of the Transfer Cart can be supplied either via cable or by rechargeable batteries on board the Transfer Cart. The cable powered Transfer Cart has a cable drum that rolls out a cable in the same channel that guide the Transfer Cart. This is an advantage because when the Transfer Cart is to pass from one fire cell (room) to another, the door can be kept closed after the Transfer Cart has passed.
Transfer Carts using a painted line on the floor for detecting its positions has the advantages that they are easy to redirect in which direction they shall run. Just create a new route for the Transfer Carts to follow. The Transfer cart can also turn in 90 degree angles.
For personal safety reasons the Transfer Carts are equipped with a safety laser.
